Adi Benito is a clinical endocrinologist with an interest in the interaction of environmental factors (nutrition, environmental pollutants, stress) with the endocrine system. She is passionate about educating her patients and giving them practical tools to improve well-being.
She is a graduate of the Integrative Medicine Fellowship Class of 2010; is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism; and is a certified clinical densitometrist. She attended medical school in Spain, but her husband wooed her to the United States and she completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Pennsylvania Hospital and a fellowship in Endocrinology at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
She has completed a 500-hour meditation teacher training and is actively pursuing further instruction in herbal medicine and energy medicine.
