A continuing education conference that assembles internationally-recognized researchers, clinicians, educators, and chefs whose work focuses on the interface between nutrition and healthful living. The conference is comprised of the professional conference and a Public Forum, which is open to the public, featuring presentations and a lively panel discussion with Dr. Weil and nationally-renowned nutrition experts discussing optimum diet, and social and political issues related to food and nutrition, followed by audience question and answer session.
