Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine

The Center's clinics are situated in two locations. Dr. Maizes sees patients on the 6th floor of University Medical Center. Drs. Horwitz, Pettit and Wallick see patients at our Wilmot clinic.

Because we have two clinics, it is important that you confirm the address of the clinic for your appointment. This can be done at the time that you make your appointment.
